i'd tell em that it is a great location, the staff is more than pleasant and are always willing to help. the grounds are always well maintained, and it is overall just a great place to live, and is super nice for the price range.

Great management, office staff, and maintenance. Great facilities, safe neighborhood.

I would tell them that the managment is friendly, the property in well kept and nice, and I really love living here. Can I hear my neighbors all too well? The noise level is well managed I was unsure how to answer because of how the question is worded.

Well I just let one of my friend move here , she did! so the office will be giving me $400.00 !! that's awesome! It's a great place good community, By the way how long I need waite for the ck of $400.00?? it's been two weeks I really use that money right now. Thanks. Altomare Alford

I'd tell them how impressed I am with the way issues are addressed. In November 2009, I had a water leak at my apartment that caused $811.00 utility bill. The apartment manager (Shirley @ Huntsville location) has been very accommodating in getting the issue resolved and working with me so that I had no out-of-pocket expense due that the leak.

It is great the staff are prompt and friendly. The apartments are very spacious and nice. It all around is a very quite place to call home..

I would tell them that he/she would be sure to enjoy living in the community and please with how the office staff handles questions/concerns.
